Please ensure both your email address and mobile number are clearly stated on your referral letter as we use emails and text messages to inform of the outcome of referrals and the steps that need to be taken to book the first appointment.

Important notice regarding wait time:

Please note, due to the extremely high volume of referrals and phone inquiries we receive on a daily basis, there is an estimated lead time of up to 4 weeks from the day of receiving your referral until a decision is made. We will notify you of the outcome of the decision.

The current wait time for new appointment is approximately 2-3 months from the date the referral has been accepted. If you would like to be placed on the cancellation list, please indicate when booking your appointment. Also, please bear in mind that if a late cancelation occurs you might be given that timeslot with short (i.e. 1-2 days) notice.
